Jeswani brings extensive experience to his new role, having spearheaded key initiatives in India, Singapore, and Malaysia. Under his leadership, Ogilvy Singapore and Malaysia have achieved significant milestones, earning global recognition for their creative prowess.

In 2024, the prestigious Cannes Lions Creativity Report ranked Ogilvy Singapore as the top creative agency in Asia, a testament to its ability to craft groundbreaking campaigns. More recently, at the 2025 Singapore Creative Circle Awards, Ogilvy Singapore was crowned Creative Agency of the Year, further cementing its reputation as a regional creative powerhouse.

Since joining Ogilvy in 2005, Jeswani has amassed over two decades of experience in the communications industry, leading innovative campaigns across multiple sectors, including consumer goods, beverages, telecommunications, automotive, banking and financial services, and travel and tourism. His portfolio also includes the launch of a globally successful sports league and two national election campaigns in the world’s largest democracy.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jeswani is passionate about scuba diving, origami, and teaching. He actively contributes to the industry through his roles on the AAMS Executive Committee in Singapore and the Governing Council of MICA.
